Skepsis Insights

Every requirement in bioskepsis-insights-user-requirements-v1.1.md, with the verdict the document’s own rules force. No requirement now carries the verdict BLOCKED. Each row carries both halves of its account, what is buildable and what is still held, and names the decisions that released it. A requirement answered the other way is DROPPED, and that is the one verdict nobody can go and change.

A direct push into Veeva Vault MedComms or PromoMats is an option the user chooses, with each claim linked to its reference (OQ-17). The immutable versioned snapshot this build already had is what the export renders, so an exported document is a version of the record rather than a fresh answer. Still held. Nothing. The PDF is built first and the Veeva connector second, which is sequencing rather than a gate. Released by OQ-17.
